Anyway, I knew right away that this is what I want to make for illustration friday this week. So I simply drew the figure, drew pattern on its gown, cut out the area of the pattern. Now I can put it above any colored surface and I would have dancing girl with different colored gown. I have to say it's really practical :P In this case dancing girl has a gown from a print of Emil Nolde's painting (above) and a shopping bag (below). Please tell me which version you like better.
